Veterans
ACES proudly provides services to disabled veterans seeking employment in the community. We provide career assessment counseling, referral services, job placement, and ongoing post-secondary education counseling. Our well qualified support staff is capable of working with veterans before or after, they get ready to leave activate duty.
Transitioning Youth
ACES helps Transitioning Youth who are leaving the public school system by providing employment counseling and supported employment services. Participants will be educated and exposed to career opportunities in industries such as: retail, administration, agriculture, maintenance, and food services. The program length is based upon the individual needs of each participant. Upon successful employment gain, participants will receive on-going follow-up and support for the duration of their employment.
Alliance Community Employment Services works with individuals living with a wide range of mental, emotional and physical disabilities. Our goal is to provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to secure and maintain employment. Through our many support systems, ACES can educate and expose individuals to lifetime success, both socially and economically. Your contribution will enable us to provide free job coaching, supported living, and in-home training to individuals with disabilities, all of which are much needed services.
