Certified Business Technical Assistance and Consultation (CBTAC) supports participants who want to build a business rather than join one.
Employment is one route to independence. Self-employment is another, and for many participants it is the better fit. CBTAC exists so that choosing it does not mean going it alone.
Support is delivered as consultation and technical assistance for aspiring entrepreneurs with disabilities, complementing our On-the-Job Training program, which encourages participants to see themselves not simply as employees but as emerging professionals who can one day lead and manage their own businesses.
