ACES provides Job Coaching Services through Vocational Rehabilitation to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful employment. Our job coaches work one-to-one with participants in the workplace, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance until they are confident and able to perform their job duties independently.
Our goal is to ensure that individuals with disabilities receive the support they need to succeed in meaningful employment, while employers benefit from reliable, well-prepared employees.
