Youth Peer Mentoring

Guidance from people who have walked it

Our Youth Peer Mentoring (YPM) program is designed to empower young individuals with disabilities, ages 14 to 21, as they transition into higher education, the workforce, and independent living.

The program leverages peer mentors to provide personalized guidance, fostering growth across education, employment, and mental health.
