More than work experience: OJT builds the mindset of a future business owner alongside practical, hands-on skills.
The ACES On-the-Job Training (OJT) program provides youth with more than hands-on work experience — it fosters the mindset of becoming future business owners. Through OJT, young people are encouraged not to view themselves simply as employees, but as emerging professionals who can one day lead and manage their own businesses.
The program offers opportunities to gain real-world experience, receive mentoring directly from business owners, and observe day-to-day business operations.
By combining skill building with exposure to entrepreneurship, ACES equips youth with the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience needed to succeed in the workforce and beyond.
